Course Participation Policy
Co-Active Singapore is committed to delivering high-quality in-person training experiences. Please take a moment to review our policies on payment, transfers, cancellations, and attendance.
Payment Terms
Your course fee is due within 14 days of the invoice date. Failure to make payment by the due date may result in automatic cancellation of your registration.
If your registration is cancelled, re-enrollment will be subject to course availability and current pricing.
Transfers
We understand that plans change. You may transfer your registration one time to a different course date or series at no cost, provided your request is made at least 21 days prior to the course start date.
Additional transfers or transfer requests made within 21 days of the course start date will incur a non-refundable administrative fee of SGD 250. To retain your original course pricing:
- All courses in a package must be completed within two years of your initial registration.
- After two years, SGD 250 of your original registration fee will be forfeited, and future attendance will be subject to current course pricing.
Cancellations
- If you cancel your registration prior to the course start date, you will receive a full refund minus a non-refundable registration fee of SGD 250.
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.
- If we do not receive advance notice and you do not attend the course, no refund will be issued.
Attendance & Tardiness
We want all participants to have a meaningful experience, including those attending future modules that may build on your course.
If you know you will be late or unable to attend any portion of the course, please notify us as soon as possible via email or WhatsApp (see contact details below).
If you miss more than one (1) hour of the course (cumulatively), you will be required to reschedule in order to receive course credit and may not be eligible to attend your next course.
The fee to reschedule is SGD 250.
Service Satisfaction
If you feel that the course experience did not meet the standards we promised, please contact us within 7 days of the course conclusion. We’ll review your feedback and, where appropriate, may offer:
- A make-up session,
- Access to a future course, or
- A partial refund.
We are committed to continuous improvement and value your input.
Data Sharing & Certification Reporting
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore, by registering for this course, you consent to our collection and use of your personal data—including your name, contact information, and course completion status—for the purpose of training administration and certification.
You also acknowledge and agree that this information will be shared with the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), headquartered in California, USA. CTI requires this data to accurately record your participation, maintain training records, and verify your progress toward certification and credentialing with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
CTI handles your information in accordance with its privacy policy and relevant data protection regulations. Your data will not be used for any other purpose without your consent.
If you wish to withdraw your consent at any time, you may do so by contacting us at: hellosingapore@coactive.com. Withdrawing consent may affect your ability to obtain certification or credentialing with CTI and the ICF.
Disruptions Beyond Our Control
In the event of disruptions such as illness, natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseeable circumstances that affect course delivery, we reserve the right to:
- Reschedule the course,
- Move it to an alternative location or online platform, or
- Offer a full or partial refund, depending on the situation.
